We had a surprise visitor this week....
THE TOOTH FAIRY
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
This was HUGE surprise to the Sitzman household! Carter is 4....just shy of 4 1/2, so we were NOT expecting him to lose a tooth. He was getting ready for preschool last week, and I was like, "Let me look in your mouth." I pulled his lip down, and sure enough...missing tooth! I was shocked. Never knew it was even loose. He must have swallowed it??? The tooth next to it is loose, so we are keeping an eye on it. He didn't even really know about the Tooth Fairy...because why would he??? He's 4!!!
The girls were super excited and told him he would still get money. The tooth fairy did come, and we went to Party City the next day to buy some "treats" with the money.
If you are a frugal gal like me, and want to let your little kiddos pick out some treats without going overboard...Party City is perfect. Remember back in the day when you could go to the gas station and buy single pieces of candy for like 5 cents each? A laffy taffy, a single piece of bubble gum, etc? You can't find that anywhere anymore, but you can at Party city. You can get like 15 individual pieces of candy for like $1. It is awesome for the kids. They have suckers, jolly ranchers, gum, airheads, laffy taffy, now n laters, hershey kisses...the list goes on. The kids can pick individual candies, and they LOVE it!
